VIP Customized Packages at Riverview Park: Our on site pavilion and gathering place services are unique and inviting. Our partner Adventure Center is the Riverview Park Recreation and Camping area in Bowmanstown, East Penn Township near Lehighton, PA. This park is located on the D and L Rail Trail and the Lehigh River which also has the Class 3+ Whitewater Rafting and Kayaking which provides the perfect setting for multi-day adventures and discounts. • Youth, Charity, Faith Based Group Discount: Reserve in advance 25 or more bike rentals receive 20% off*, 50 or more 25% off*, 75 or more receive 30% off* our Retail Rates,
  • *Subject to availability, must provide tax exempt/non-profit docs if applicable.
  • A TAXABLE 80% Refundable (with Vacation Insurance purchased during the booking process) date/time reservation fee and damage deposit of $500 is due 60 days prior to event date payable by credit card using our reservation system deposit link below.
  • If event day is changed prior to 30 days out (Non-PEAK Season) there is a $10/person re-booking fee billed to the credit card on file.
  • The event date CANNOT be changed prior to 60 days out during PEAK Season (July/August).
  • 85 Participants at one time (1.5 hours riding time) up to 4 Time Slots starting at 10am, 12pm, 2pm and 4pm = Total per day of 340 or less.
  • You will only be charged for the bike rentals ONCE, (up to 75 bikes), for the entire day saving you thousands of dollars over any of our “competitors”.
  • You must be a pre-approved group (not on our blacklist) and FULL PAYMENT MUST BE RECIEVED 30 days prior to event date via check ONLY for non-peak season, peak season (July/August) it must be received 60 days out from the event date. 
  • You must have all participants watch our Safety and Trail Etiquette Video Below and adhere to it.

2024 Group Rate RAFTING Discounts, Policies and Protocols:

1. We cannot do any large groups on weekends beyond June 30.
2. We can take $10 off per person for our Retail Rates up until June 30.
3. We cannot do any large groups on the dam release days during peak season, July and August. We can only accommodate you Midweek (M-F).
4. We can only take $5 off our normal Peak Season (July/August) Midweek (M-F) Rates.
5. We cannot accommodate any more than 225 people per day. Rafting time is a total of 2 hours with an hour break in-between to recycle rafts and guides back to the starting point. This is due to SAFETY concerns as well as the FUN Factor!
6. Breakdown – 75 Participants at one time (1.5 hours rafting time) up to 3 Time Slots starting at 10am, 1pm, 4pm = Total per day of 225 or less. This is due to SAFETY concerns as well as the FUN Factor!
7. We will need a Taxable and 80% refundable (with the purchase of Vacation Insurance during the booking process) date/time reservation fee, surcharges, insurance and damage deposit of $1000 paid by credit card at least 60 days prior to the event date.
8. You must be a pre-approved group (not on our blacklist) and FULL PAYMENT MUST BE RECIEVED 30 days prior to event date via check ONLY for non-peak season, peak season (July/August) it must be received 60 days out from the event date. If not we will rescind our quote/offer/invoice pricing and refer back to our retail rates.
