Pick your own pace on one of our scenic, self-guided downhill bike rides. Follow the route of the old settlers and miners. Ride along the “converted-for-biking” former railroad bed that parallels the Lehigh River through the Lehigh River Gorge State Park. An unforgettably unique downhill “Rails-to-Trails” pedaling adventure. Beginner to expert riders are welcome. You can bring your bike or rent one of ours. Round-trip shuttle service is available.

Cross the 25-mile scenic bike trail through the Lehigh Gorge State Park off your bucket list during Fall! Follow the Lehigh River through patches of covered pathways and stretches of breathtaking scenery. The spectacular gorge that lends its name to this State Park slices through the Pocono Plateau for nearly 21 miles, creating a dramatic landscape of steep, hemlock and rhododendron covered slopes, rocky escarpments, and side streams that surge into waterfalls. The Lehigh Gorge Trail is open for biking. Wide tires are recommended. Bicycle rentals and shuttle service are available throughout the area from Pocono Bike Rental.
