Every Friday in the Poconos, something special happens. The trails get a little busier, the lake a little livelier, and the community a whole lot stronger. That’s because Fundraiser Fridays and Free Family Fun Fridays have become a cornerstone of how we give back to the regions we serve — Philadelphia, New Jersey, New York City, and our own backyard here in Northeastern Pennsylvania.
These programs aren’t just events. They’re a movement built around access, equity, outdoor adventure, and community support, powered by the Poconos Outdoors Foundation — a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to expanding opportunity for disadvantaged youth and families.

Organizations partner with us to create custom outdoor events — whitewater rafting, mountain biking, tubing, charity rides, and more — with special pricing built to generate real fundraising revenue. The split is simple and transparent:- 25% – Operational costs
- 25% – Poconos Outdoors Foundation
- 50% – Your charity or nonprofit

Poconos Outdoors LLC donates 10% of net profits annually to support youth outdoor access, environmental education, and stewardship programs through the Poconos Outdoors Foundation.
